SPIRITUAL CAFE

Every Thursday (11.00 AM to 1.00 PM)

We are not a development group, we are a group of like minded people who meet to share and explore our spiritual journey in a safe and welcoming environment.

You can bring along something that has inspires you, it could be a question, guidance / Tarot Cards, music, writings, sound healing, singing bowls / drums, crystals or anything you are interested in. There is no expectation on anyone to bring something - just come along no judgement, no expectation.

We discuss a range of topics i.e. automatic writings, spirit drawing / painting, trance mediumship, psychometry, photo reading, past lives and much more.

We always start with a meditation which includes healing, then we let the day take us where we are led to go.

This is a safe space to grow and develop and ask questions, pass on knowledge, or share your passion for things spiritual while having a cuppa!

The Circle aims to teach and explore various kinds of meditation not only for health and well-being, it will also be a benefit in calming and elevating the wider community. 

We are powerful beings and affect the world around us through positive and restorative intention. The Heart Math Institute has been conducting experiments to change the crime rate in various American cities with remarkable results. With this in mind the world needs more peace and calm than ever….. as I am sure you are aware if you observe the world news either on TV or social media.
